Charity concert bid to save sight of dog
A NORTH Devon teenager is to use her voice to help save the sight of an eight-month old German shepherd dog.
Classically trained singer Tamsin Ball, 16, from Northam, is staging a charity concert at the Elizabethan in Westward Ho! on Saturday, April 17 to raise money for blind puppy George.
Tamsin, with the help of her grandfather Maurice Heather, has put together an evening of entertainment and song featuring four local acts after learning that George needed a cataracts operation.

The German Shepherd Dog, also known as Alsatian is a breed of large-sized dog that originated in Germany which dates back in 1899. Developed originally for herding sheep but because of their strength, intelligence and abilities in obedience training, today they are often employed as police war dogs.
